Terms

Last updated October 3, 2026

These terms cover your use of the Caffeinated app, published by Joao Vitor Humenhuk Achutti, a sole trader, 38 Allenby Street, Tel Aviv-Jaffa 6332512, Israel.

What Caffeinated is

Caffeinated is a journal and timer for brewing coffee at home. Its caffeine figures are estimates from the dose and method, and it is not medical advice. Its grind and recipe suggestions are starting points for your own taste.

Free and paid use

The free plan has no time limit and covers up to three coffees on your shelf at once. Caffeinated Pro is a subscription that adds the dial-in coach, bag scanning, Insights, your own recipes, Bluetooth scales, iCloud sync and no limit on coffees or equipment.

Subscriptions

Payment is charged to your Apple Account. A subscription renews automatically unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel it in Settings on your device. Where a free trial is offered, any unused part of it is forfeited if you buy a subscription during the trial.

If a subscription ends

The Pro features stop. Everything you entered stays in the app, readable and exportable as CSV. If more than three coffees are on your shelf, the three newest stay in use and the others wait until you mark one as finished. iCloud sync stops and each device keeps what it has.

Your content

What you put into Caffeinated is yours. It is stored on your device and, if you share or sync it, in your own iCloud account. The publisher claims no rights over it and does not hold a copy.

Refunds

Purchases are made through Apple, and refunds are handled by Apple under the terms of the App Store. Write to caffeinated@humenhuk.com if something has gone wrong and we will help where we can.

Liability

Caffeinated is provided as it is. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, liability is limited to the amount you have paid for Caffeinated in the twelve months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the State of Israel, and its courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
